Phase two of Multinational Experiment 5 kicks off

(ENKÖPING, Sweden - April 9, 2008) -- The second major experimentation phase of Multinational Experiment 5 (MNE 5), designed to develop a collaborative planning and execution capability for crisis response, kicked off here this week.

MNE 5 is an experimentation campaign plan led by U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) and conducted with multinational experimentation partners.
